Use the Digital Document Field Updates subtask to define the fields that will update when a record is signed or unsigned in an application.

Field	Description
Signer	Select a user who can digitally sign the document type in the selected application.
Execute Update	Select how often the screen object will update. The options are Always and On Unsign.
RS Object ID	Enter, or click to select, the internal Costpoint field/object that will update upon signing or unsigning the document.
Result Set ID	Enter, or click to select, the fields/object that will update upon signing or unsigning the document.
RS Object Value	Enter the value that will display when a field is updated.
